Prior to Advent Mr Martens was a senior financial executive with 30 years experience in investment banking (CEO, Raffensberger, Hughes & Co, as well as EVP of Investment Banking, Prescott, Ball & Turben,

and Managing Partner, Reserve Capital Group) and wealth management and banking ( CEO, NatCity Investments, CEO Alligiant funds, EVP National City Corporation and President National City Bank Florida). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and MBA from the University of Virginia, USA.
